Accepting Paper Applications

• Applicants must be deaf or hard-of-hearing.
• Head of household must be age 55 or older at the time of application. If there are any additional members, they must be age 45 or older or meet an exception. See attached pages on the flyer for exceptions.

The waiting list for 1-bedroom units at Fremont Oak Gardens opens on July 22, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Applications must be submitted by mail. Paper applications will be available to print online. Paper applications must be received at the address listed on the application by 5:00 PM on September 16, 2026.

Paper applications will be available for pick up and drop off at 2681 Driscoll Road, Fremont, CA 94539 at the following times:

• During the Waiting List opening, starting July 22
• Mondays and Wednesdays
• 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• Note: the office will be closed July 29, August 17, August 19, and August 24.
