  • To be eligible, at least one person who will occupy the unit must be a senior citizen aged 62 or older and must intend to make the unit his or her permanent primary residency at the commencement of the occupancy.

The waiting list for one-bedroom units at Pacific Range opens on June 24, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. Please visit www.sahahomes.org/apply for more information. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on July 8, 2026.

 

Paper applications can be printed directly from Doorway Housing Portal and are available for pick up at the off-site location: 3700 Pacific Ave. Livermore, CA 94550 at the following times:

  • June 30th and July 7th
  • 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

 

Paper applications must be mailed to Doorway’s P.O. Box, which is listed on both the application and the listing, by July 8, 2026. Please call the number above for assistance. On-site submission of paper applications is not permitted.

 

A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. All applicants will be placed on the waiting list for consideration.

(IFH) to develop Pacific Range, an affordable housing community for seniors in Livermore providing up to 140 apartment homes consisting primarily of one-bedroom apartments. The City of Livermore selected the partnership of SAHA and IFH through a competitive RFP process and entered into an Exclusive Negotiating Rights Agreement with us in 2018. Over the course of the next two years, the Livermore City Council approved a General Plan Amendment and land use designation for the property to allow housing development on the site.

Residents will have access to nearby neighborhood amenities, such as the Livermore Public Library, as well as on-site amenities and services carefully designed to encourage wellness and engagement in community life.
