• Head of household must be age 55 or older at the time of application. If there are any additional members, they must be age 45 or older or meet an exception. Please see the flyer for exceptions.

The waiting list for 1-bedroom units at Tabora Gardens Senior Apartments opens on January 28, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on February 11, 2026.

Paper applications available for pick up and drop off at 3701 Tabora Drive, Antioch, CA 94509 at the following times:

• Wednesday, January 28, 2026: 9 am – 4 pm
• Friday, January 30, 2026: 9 am – 4 pm
• Monday, February 2, 2026: 9 am – 4 pm
• Wednesday, February 4, 2026: 9 am – 4 pm
• Friday, February 6, 2026: 9 am – 4 pm

A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 500 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration.
