The waiting list for Studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units at Helios Corner opens on September 23, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on October 7, 2026.

Paper applications are available for pick up at 1531 University Avenue, Berkeley, CA 94703 at the following times:

• Monday – September 28 and October 5
• Thursday – September 24 and October 1
• 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
