자격

• To be eligible, the applicant must be at least 62 years of age or older as Head of Household, co-Head of Household, or spouse. Or, an applicant must have a disability, without limitation as to the nature of the disability and be 18 years of age or older, or legally emancipated. Qualifying applicants with minor children are still eligible.

The waiting list for 1-bedroom units at 커뮤니티에 있는 주택 opens on March 4, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on March 18, 2026.

Applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications will be available to pick up at 4135 Park Blvd, Oakland, CA 94602 at the following times:

• Thursday: February 26th, March 5th, March 12th
• Monday: March 2nd, March 9th, March 16th
• Tuesday: March 3rd, March 10th, March 17th
• 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application. Applications submitted by mail must be received by the manager’s office by 5:00 PM on March 18, 2026.

A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. All applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. If additional applications are needed, we reserve the right to process the next applications in lottery order.
