우리의 역사

Since our beginnings as Satellite Housing in 1966, our mission-driven approach to development, property management and resident services have been unique in the Bay Area. With the merger between Satellite and Affordable Housing Associates in 2012, we have increased our organizational capacity, resources and track record to best serve the ever-increasing affordable housing needs of our region. Over the decades, we have gained experience with a wide array of housing types—from modern urban apartments to cottage-style townhomes. Our dedication to the dignity of our residents has been the constant theme throughout our 60+ year history.
