Throughout our 55-year history, SAHA has provided much-needed affordable housing and supportive services to the low-income seniors and families in our community. At this critical time for our residents, we are remain steadfastly committed to this important work.
During the COVID-19, SAHA has taken the all necessary steps to ensure the health and well-being of residents and staff alike.
At our properties, our focus is on the safety of the residents and staff. Site offices and community rooms have reopened with a focus on air quality, and Property Management and Resident Services staff are back on site to support the needs of the residents and buildings. In addition, Resident Services and Property Management services are being provided through phone calls and email, supported by a 24-hour monitored call center. Maintenance services continues with maintenance work orders governed by safety protocol and our 24-hour call center as well. All staff have been provided with protocols for engaging with residents and entering units.
Our main office has reopened to the public, with staff working on hybrid/blended schedules. We continue to carefully monitor any changes in public health guidance and follow all necessary protocols as any situation may change.
