The City of Livermore selected the partnership of SAHA and IFH through a competitive RFP process and entered into an Exclusive Negotiating Rights Agreement with us in 2018. Over the course of the next two years, the Livermore City Council approved a General Plan Amendment and land use designation for the property to allow housing development on the site.
