• Head of household must be age 55 or older at the time of application. If there are any additional members, they must be age 45 or older or meet an exception. Please see the flyer for exceptions.

The waiting list for 1-bedroom units at Tabora Gardens Senior Apartments opens on 2026 年 1 月 28 日上午 9:00. Applications will be available to submit online. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on February 11, 2026.

Paper applications available for pick up at 3701 Tabora Drive, Antioch, CA 94509 at the following times:

• Wednesday, January 28, 2026: 9 am – 4 pm
• Friday, January 30, 2026: 9 am – 4 pm
• Monday, February 2, 2026: 9 am – 4 pm
• Wednesday, February 4, 2026: 9 am – 4 pm
• Friday, February 6, 2026: 9 am – 4 pm
