The waiting list for 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units at Allston House opens on February 11, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on February 25, 2026.

Paper applications will be available to pick up at 2121 7th St., Berkeley, CA 94710 at these times:

• Wednesday, February 11, 2026: 9am – 12 noon
• Thursday, February 12, 2026: 9am – 12 noon
• Wednesday, February 18, 2026: 9am – 12 noon

Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application and received by 5:00 PM on February 25, 2026. .如需帮助，请拨打上述电话。.

A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 500 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. If additional applications are needed, we reserve the right to process the next applications in lottery order.
