Columbia Park Manor was a collaborative effort between the Pre-School Coordinating Council, Pittsburg nonprofit family services agency, and Satellite Affordable Housing Associates. Columbia Park Manor offers 78 one-bedroom units and a manager’s unit on a beautifully landscaped lot.  The two-floor community provides residents with an abundant amount of peaceful resting areas in its centrally located patio, a large community room with accompanying kitchen, spacious lobby with sitting spaces, on-site laundry facilities and plenty of resident and guest parking.
