Eligibility

Head of household must be 62 years or older at the time of application.

The waiting list for 1-bedroom units at Columbia Park Manor opens on August 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. Please visit www.sahahomes.org/apply for more information. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on September 2, 2026

Applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications will be available to pick up and dropoff at the property at these times: Wednesday, August 19, 2026: 1 PM – 5 PM; Tuesday, August 25, 2026: 1PM – 5 PM; Thursday, August 27, 2026: 9 AM – 12 PM. Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application. Applications submitted by mail must be received by the manager’s office by 5:00 PM on September 2, 2026.

A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 400 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. If additional applications are needed, we reserve the right to process the next applications in lottery order.

Columbia Park Manor, built in 1997, is Satellite Affordable Housing Associates’ only development in Pittsburg. The development of Columbia Park Manor was a collaborative effort between the Pre-School Coordinating Council, Pittsburg nonprofit family services agency, and Satellite Senior Homes. Columbia Park Manor offers 78 one-bedroom units and a manager’s unit on a beautifully landscaped lot. The two-floor community provides residents with an abundant amount of peaceful resting areas in its centrally located patio, a large community room with accompanying kitchen, spacious lobby with sitting spaces, on-site laundry facilities and plenty of resident and guest parking.
