The waiting list for 2-bedroom units at Valor Village will open on November 19, 2025 at 5:00 PM. Applications will be available to submit online. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on December 17, 2025.

Paper applications will be available to pick up at 811 San Pablo Pinole, CA 94564 during the following times while the waiting list is open:

Monday – Friday (Excluding Holidays, Closed Thanksgiving 11/27 and Friday 11/28)
During the Waiting List Opening
8:30 AM – 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Paper applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications must be mailed to 811 San Pablo Pinole, CA 94564. Applications submitted by mail must be received by December 17, 2025.

All applications received will be added to the waiting list on a first come, first served basis. Applications received by mail or dropped off will be timestamped when received.

Valley View Senior Homes

The waiting list for 1-bedroom units at Valley View Senior Homes opens on June 25, 2025 at 9:00 AM. The closing deadline has been extended to January 14, 2026 at 5:00 PM. Applications must be submitted by mail. Paper applications will be available to print online. Applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on January 14, 2026*.

The waiting list for 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedrrom units at Petaluma Avenue Homes opens on December 17, 2025 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 600 applicants will be placed on the waiting list for consideration.
