Eligibility
- Households must have at least one member who is a Veteran (any discharge status).
- Head of household must be 18 years or older or legally emancipated at the time of application.

The waiting list for 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units at Valor Village opens on June 24, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available online to print. Paper applications will also be available to pick up or drop off at 811 San Pablo, Pinole, CA 94564 at these times:
- Tuesdays: 9 AM – 12 PM, 1 PM – 4 PM while the waitlist is open
Applications submitted by mail must be postmarked by September 30, 2026 AND received by the manager’s office by 5:00 PM on October 7, 2026. All applications received by the deadline will be added to the waiting list on a first come, first served basis. Applications received by mail or dropped off will be timestamped when received.
