• Head of household must be 62 years or older.
• Head of household much be developmentally disabled or disabled with a long-term chronic health condition.

The waiting list for studio units at St. Patrick’s Terrace opens on August 19, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on September 16, 2026.

Applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications will be available to pick up and drop off at the property at these times: Monday, August 24, 2026: 9 AM – 12 PM; Wednesday, August 26, 2026: 12 PM – 3 PM; Friday, August 28, 2026: 9 AM – 12 PM; Thursday, September 3, 2026: 9 AM to 3 PM; Tuesday, September 8, 2026: 9 AM to 3 PM; Tuesday, September 15, 2026: 9 AM to 3 PM. Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application. Applications submitted by mail must be received by the manager’s office by 5:00 PM on September 16, 2026.

A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 200 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. If additional applications are needed, we reserve the right to process the next applications in lottery order.

The waiting list for 1-bedroom units at Fremont Oak Gardens opens on July 22, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Applications must be submitted by mail. Paper applications will be available to print online. Paper applications must be received at the address listed on the application by 5:00 PM on September 16, 2026.

Paper applications will be available for pick up and drop off at 2681 Driscoll Road, Fremont, CA 94539 at the following times:

• During the Waiting List opening, starting July 22
• Mondays and Wednesdays
• 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• Note: the office will be closed July 29, August 17, August 19, and August 24.

Applications submitted by mail must be postmarked by September 30, 2026 AND received by the manager’s office by 5:00 PM on October 7, 2026.
