St. Andrew’s Manor is a six-story, 60-unit development for seniors 62 and older in the City of Oakland. The project has been owned and operated by SAHA since 1972.  The property’s rehabilitation will include unit rehabs, accessibility upgrades, a new second elevator and upgrades to the existing elevator.  The property will also incorporate many new eco-friendly features into the building design. This rehabilitation ensures low-income elderly residents a more comfortable home while preserving the depth of affordability that St. Andrew’s provides its residents.
