Stuart Pratt Manor, a 44-unit mid-rise senior community, was built in 1969.  The development is conveniently situated near Downtown Berkeley shopping and dining, AC Transit, Downtown Berkeley BART station, Civic Center Park and the Berkeley Public Library.  Stuart Pratt Manor features 22 studios, 6 jumbo studios and 16 one-bedroom units.  Residents are welcome to use the various community spaces including the outdoor patio, community room, and laundry facilities.  Stuart Pratt Manor’s rehabilitation began in mid-2012 and included a complete makeover of the exterior, renovation and expansion of the interior common spaces, and accessibility and seismic upgrades.
