Grayson Apartments is a four story building with 23 one- and two-bedroom apartments, including one manager’s unit. The ground floor includes a parking garage, a gracious residential lobby and approximately 2,000 square feet of commercial space. Apartments are located on the upper floors. The second floor includes the services office, laundry room and a community room opening onto a common outdoor patio area. The third and fourth floors include a computer annex and a library.
