The waiting list for 2-bedroom units at Grayson Apartments opens on September 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on September 29, 2026.

Applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications will be available to pick up at 2740 San Pablo Avenue, Berkeley, CA 94702 at these times:

• Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 10 AM to 2 PM
• Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 10 AM to 2 PM
• Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 10 AM to 2 PM.

Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application. Applications submitted by mail must be received by 5:00 PM on September 29, 2026. A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 200 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. If additional applications are needed, we reserve the right to process the next applications in lottery order.
