Surrounded by a historically rich neighborhood, Camino 23 provides housing for low-income individuals and families from Oakland and beyond. Building amenities include a community room, computer room, on-site laundry facilities, off-street parking and a fifth-floor outdoor resident patio. Camino 23 will bring spark to a corner that has long been vacant and house many in need. Residents of Camino 23 will all be earning between 20-50% of Alameda County Area Median Income. Five units are set aside for homeless households and five units are set aside for residents living with HIV/AIDS.
