The waiting list for 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom units at Kenneth Henry Court opens on April 15, 2026 at 9:00 AM. 신청서는 온라인으로 제출할 수 있습니다. 온라인으로 신청하려면 유효한 이메일 주소가 필요합니다. 온라인 신청은 다음을 충족해야 합니다. submitted by 5:00 PM on April 29, 2026.
Applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications will be available to pick up at 6475 Foothill Blvd, Oakland , CA 94605 at these times:
- Wednesday, April 15, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM;
- Thursday, April 16, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM;
- Monday, April 20, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application. Applications submitted by mail must be received by the manager’s office by 5:00 PM on April 29, 2026.
A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 500 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. If additional applications are needed, we reserve the right to process the next applications in lottery order.
