The waiting list for 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom units at Kenneth Henry Court opens on April 15, 2026 at 9:00 AM. 可在线提交申请。在线申请需要有效的电子邮件地址。在线申请必须 submitted by 5:00 PM on April 29, 2026.

Applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications will be available to pick up at 6475 Foothill Blvd, Oakland , CA 94605 at these times:

Wednesday, April 15, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM;
Thursday, April 16, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM;
Monday, April 20, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application. Applications submitted by mail must be received by the manager’s office by 5:00 PM on April 29, 2026.

A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 500 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. If additional applications are needed, we reserve the right to process the next applications in lottery order.

SAHA has acquired and recently completed renovation of Kenneth Henry Court, a 51-unit affordable community for low-income families in the City of Oakland. Located near the intersection of 64th Avenue and Foothill Blvd., KHC has been providing permanent affordable housing to the area’s residents for over twenty years. SAHA has preserved the existing affordable housing and maintains the property as an affordable development and long-term community asset. As part of the rehabilitation, SAHA created a new computer-learning center as well as opened its community room to community events.
