The waiting list for 3-bedroom units at Manzanita Family Apartments opens on August 18, 2026 at 9:00 AM. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on September 1, 2026.

Paper applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications are available for pick up and drop off at 2951 Soscol Avenue, Napa, CA 94558 at the following times:

• 星期二、星期三、星期四
• Starting August 18
• 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

纸质申请表必须在以下时间之前送达申请表所列地址 5:00 PM on September 1, 2026. A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. All applicants will be placed on the waiting list for consideration.
