The waiting list for studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units at Arya opens on February 11, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on March 4, 2026.

Paper applications must be received at 500 Almaden Blvd, San Jose, CA 95110 at the following times:

• Tuesdays – February 24th, March 3rd; 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Wednesdays – February 18th, 25th, March 4; 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Thursdays – February 19th, 26th; 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Paper applications must be received at 500 Almaden Boulevard, San Jose, CA 95110 by 5:00 PM on March 4, 2026. Please call 855-974-4002 for assistance.

A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. All applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. If additional applications are needed, we reserve the right to process the next applications in lottery order.
