Terraza Glen Brook

Glen Brook Terrace, a 66-unit mid-rise senior community, was built in 1969.  Glen Brook Terrace is located right off the highly popular Piedmont Avenue in Oakland and blocks from Kaiser Permanente Hospital. It features 44 studios, 13 jumbo studios and 9 one-bedroom units.  Residents are welcome to use the various community spaces including the outdoor patio, community room, and laundry facilities.  Glen Brook Terrace’s rehabilitation began in mid-2012 and included a complete makeover of the exterior, renovation and expansion of the interior common spaces, and accessibility and seismic upgrades.
