The waiting list for 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom units at Kenneth Henry Court opens on April 15, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Las solicitudes podrán presentarse en línea. Se requiere una dirección de correo electrónico válida para presentar la solicitud en línea. Las solicitudes en línea deben ser submitted by 5:00 PM on April 29, 2026.
Applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications will be available to pick up at 6475 Foothill Blvd, Oakland , CA 94605 at these times:
- Wednesday, April 15, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM;
- Thursday, April 16, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM;
- Monday, April 20, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application. Applications submitted by mail must be received by the manager’s office by 5:00 PM on April 29, 2026.
A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 500 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. If additional applications are needed, we reserve the right to process the next applications in lottery order.
