Eligibility

  • To be eligible, at least one person who will occupy the unit must be a senior citizen aged 55 or older and must intend to make the unit his or her permanent primary residency at the commencement of the occupancy.

The waiting list for one-bedroom units at Pacific Range opens on July 22, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on August 5, 2026.

Paper applications can be printed directly from Doorway Housing Portal and are available for pick up at the off-site location: 3700 Pacific Ave. Livermore, CA 94550 at the following times:

  • July 28th and August 4th
  • 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Paper applications must be mailed to Doorway’s P.O. Box, which is listed on both the application and the listing, by August 5, 2026. Please call the number above for assistance. On-site submission of paper applications is not permitted.

A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. All applicants will be placed on the waiting list for consideration.

SAHA is partnering with Interfaith Housing, Inc. (IFH) to develop Pacific Range, an affordable housing community for seniors in Livermore providing 79 affordable homes. Pacific Range will have amenities for residents including community rooms, indoor bicycle storage, community vegetable and flower gardens, on-site laundry, elevator service, and off-street parking.

Pacific Range will be an affordable community for seniors in a village-like setting. Residents will have access to nearby neighborhood amenities, such as the Livermore Public Library, as well as on-site amenities and services carefully designed to encourage wellness and engagement in community life.
