E12번가 아파트는 지역 중위소득 30-60% 사이의 소득을 가진 가족을 위한 95세대의 대형 가족용 저렴한 주택을 수용하기 위해 8층 건물을 신축하는 것으로, 스튜디오 21세대, 1BR 20세대, 2BR 27세대, 3BR 26세대, 3BR 관리자 유닛 1세대로 구성됩니다. 이 중 19개 유닛은 MHP 규정 섹션 7301에 정의된 대로 노숙자 또는 노숙자 위험에 처한 “특별 지원” 가구를 위해 따로 마련되었습니다.
