Nhà ở cho người lao động BUSD

Công ty Cổ phần Nhà ở Giá Rẻ Satellite và Abode Communities đang hợp tác với Hệ thống Trường Công Lập Berkeley (BUSD) để phát triển dự án nhà ở cho người lao động trên khu đất dư thừa thuộc sở hữu của Hệ thống Trường. Dự án Nhà ở cho Người Lao Động BUSD sẽ là một khu chung cư mới xây dựng, cao 6 tầng, gồm 110 căn hộ, dành cho các gia đình. Khu đất dự án thuộc sở hữu của BUSD và trước đây được sử dụng làm bãi đỗ xe ngoài trời.

BUSD employees, including teachers and non-teaching staff, will receive preference for the homes, which will serve households earning between 30% AMI and 120% AMI. A mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units will be offered, along with onsite amenities including a spacious landscaped courtyard with BBQ area, gardening beds, and children’s play areas; a fitness room, a community room, a lobby, management offices and secure bicycle storage. The project is well-located in northwest Berkeley close to shopping, public parks, bicycle lanes, and transit.
