Miriam provides strategic leadership to the organization, which has been gained through her 15 years of thoughtful lived leadership experience in the field of affordable housing. Miriam oversees SAHA’s Human Resources and Risk Management departments, along with the organization’s equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Miriam began her career at SAHA in 2013 as the Director of Human Resources and Operations. Prior to SAHA, Miriam served as the Director of Human Resources and Administration of Satellite Housing, and began her career in the non-profit field of HR at The Unity Council.
