A lista de espera para unidades de 1 quarto no Valley View Senior Homes será aberta em 25 de junho de 2025, às 9h. O prazo de encerramento foi prorrogado para 4 de março de 2026 às 17:00 horas. As solicitações devem ser enviadas por correio. As inscrições em papel estarão disponíveis para impressão on-line. As inscrições devem ser enviadas até as 17h do dia 4 de março de 2026*.

Elegibilidade

• Pelo menos um membro da família deve ser um veterano (todos os status de dispensa). O chefe da família deve ter 55 anos de idade ou mais no momento da solicitação. Se houver outros membros, eles devem ter 45 anos ou mais ou atender a uma exceção. Consulte o folheto para ver as exceções.

The waiting list for studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units at Arya opens on February 11, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on March 4, 2026.

Paper applications must be received at 500 Almaden Blvd, San Jose, CA 95110 at the following times:

• Tuesdays – February 24th, March 3rd; 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Wednesdays – February 18th, 25th, March 4; 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Thursdays – February 19th, 26th; 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Paper applications must be received at 500 Almaden Boulevard, San Jose, CA 95110 by 5:00 PM on March 4, 2026. Please call 855-974-4002 for assistance.

A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. All applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. If additional applications are needed, we reserve the right to process the next applications in lottery order.

Admission Preferences

• Preference will be given to households who meet HUD’s definition of homeless as provided in HUD regulations at 24 CFR Part 578. Preferences will be verified.

The waiting list for 1-bedroom units at Newark Gardens I opens on February 25, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on March 18, 2026.

Applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications will be available to pick up at 35300 Cedar Blvd, Newark, CA 94560 at the following times:

• Wednesday, February 25, 2026: 9am – 5pm;
• Wednesday, March 4, 2026: 9am – 5pm;
• Wednesday, March 11, 2026: 9am – 5pm

Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application. Applications submitted by mail must be received by the manager’s office by 5:00 PM on March 18, 2026.
