SAHA will build a single six-story community with 87 affordable homes including 22 two-bedroom apartments and 23 three-bedroom apartments. The design retains the existing swimming pool and includes a community room, play structure, community garden and other family-friendly common amenities.

The redevelopment will exactly triple the amount of housing onsite from 29 homes to 87. Current residents will receive both financial and logistical relocation assistance as well as a leasing preference over general applicants once construction is complete.
