Valley View Senior Homes

The waiting list for 1-bedroom units at Valley View Senior Homes opens on June 25, 2025 at 9:00 AM. The closing deadline has been extended to March 4, 2026 at 5:00 PM. Applications must be submitted by mail. Paper applications will be available to print online. Applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on March 4, 2026*.

At least one member of the Household must be a Veteran (all discharge status). Head of household must be age 55 or older at the time of application. If there are any additional members, they must be age 45 or older or meet an exception. Please see the flyer for exceptions.

Paper applications are available for pick up at 1 Natalie Lane, American Canyon, CA 94503 during the following times:

Tuesdays and Thursdays
During the Waiting List Opening
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

*Paper applications will be available online to print. Paper applications must be postmarked by January 14, 2026 and received at the address listed on the application by 5:00 PM on March 11, 2026. Please call (707) 980-7679 for assistance.

All applications received will be added to the waiting list on a first come, first served basis. Applications received by mail or dropped off will be timestamped when received.

Hillegass Avenue Apartments

Eligibility

• Head of household must be at least 18 years or older, or legally emancipated at the time of application.

The waiting list for studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom units at Hillegass Avenue Apartments opens on January 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on February 4, 2026.

Paper applications available for pick up at 2500 Hillegass Avenue, Berkeley, CA 94702 at the following times:

• Thursday, January 22, 2026 9:00am-12:pm and 2:00pm-4:30pm
• Tuesday, January 27, 2026 9:00am-12:pm and 2:00pm-4:30pm
• Tuesday February 3, 2026 9:00am-12:pm and 2:00pm-4:30pm

A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. All applicants will be placed on the waiting list for consideration.

Manzanita Family Apartments

Paper applications available for pick up and drop off at 2951 Soscol Avenue, Napa, CA 94558 at the following times:

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
