Eligibility
- Head of household must be age 55 or older at the time of application. If there are any additional members, they must be age 45 or older or meet an exception. Please see the flyer for exceptions.
The waiting list for 1-bedroom units at Valley View Senior Homes opens on July 22, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Applications must be submitted by August 5, 2026. Applications will be available to submit online. Paper applications will also be available to print online. Paper applications must be received at the address listed on the application by August 5, 2026.
Paper applications are available for pick up at 1 Natalie Lane, American Canyon, CA 94503 during the following times:
- Wednesday, July 22
- Monday, July 27
- Wednesday, July 29
- 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. All applicants will be placed on the waiting list for consideration.
