Eligibility

The waiting list for 1-bedroom units at Columbia Park Manor opens on August 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. Please visit www.sahahomes.org/apply for more information. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on September 2, 2026

Applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications will be available to pick up and dropoff at the property at these times: Wednesday, August 19, 2026: 1 PM – 5 PM; Tuesday, August 25, 2026: 1PM – 5 PM; Thursday, August 27, 2026: 9 AM – 12 PM. Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application. Applications submitted by mail must be received by the manager’s office by 5:00 PM on September 2, 2026.

A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 400 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. If additional applications are needed, we reserve the right to process the next applications in lottery order.

• Head of household much be developmentally disabled or disabled with a long-term chronic health condition.

The waiting list for studio units at St. Patrick’s Terrace opens on August 19, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on September 2, 2026.

BUSD Workforce Housing (also known as Catalyst)

The waiting list for one, two, and three-bedroom units at BUSD Workforce Housing, also known as Catalyst, opened on April 15, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on August 26, 2026.

• 3rd and 4th Tuesdays of the Month

The waiting list for 1-bedroom units at Fremont Oak Gardens opens on July 22, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Applications must be submitted by mail. Paper applications will be available to print online. Paper applications must be received at the address listed on the application by 5:00 PM on September 16, 2026.

Paper applications will be available for pick up and drop off at 2681 Driscoll Road, Fremont, CA 94539 at the following times:

• During the Waiting List opening, starting July 22
• Mondays and Wednesdays
