Satellite Affordable Housing Associates (SAHA) and St. Mary’s Center (SMC) are collaborating to develop 3135 San Pablo, a new construction affordable housing project that will provide 73 units of affordable housing for extremely low and very low-income seniors, at or below 60% AMI.
3135 San Pablo will be the new construction of a six-story building: 5 stories Type IIIA over 1 story Type IA. A podium parking garage with five parking spaces will be located on the first floor: two accessible spaces and three standard spaces for staff of the building. The building will include propertymanagement offices and a community-commercial space on the first-floor, with a courtyard, community room, and a resident services suite on the second-floor. Two elevators are also included in the design of the building for ease of access for future residents. The project will be developed with the latest green features and will be GreenPoint Rated Gold upon completion.
