Satellite Affordable Housing Associates has managed Arbor Vista Senior Community, owned by Interfaith Housing Inc., since November 2018. The 80-unit property was built in 1998 and provides affordable housing to seniors ages 62 or older. Arbor Vista Senior Community is located in Livermore adjacant to the Livermore Library and is a short walk to Civic Center Park, Livermore Multi Service Center, Livermore Police Department and nearby wineries and vineyards.
