Linda Glen was built in 1973 and provides 42 units of affordable senior housing off Piedmont Avenue in Oakland.  The popular area boasts locally-owned antique and vintage shops, boutiques, bookstores and a cinema.  Linda Glen is also a short 10-minute walk from the Kaiser Permanente Hospital and close to a busy AC Transit line.  Linda Glen provides 25 studios, 8 jumbo studios and 9 one-bedroom units, community room and on-site laundry facilities.
