Applications will be available online and at the leasing office when the waiting list for two-bedroom units at Robin Lane Apartments opens on August 26, 2019. Applications must be returned in-person or by mail by September 3, 2019. Applications returned by mail must be postmarked by September 3, 2019 AND received by the manager's office by September 10, 2019. A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. Only the top 150 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. Property management staff may be reached between 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. The office will be closed on Monday, September 2, 2019.

Robin Lane Apartments is a 16-unit affordable housing development with 5 one bedroom apartments, and 10 two bedroom apartments with income qualifications for affordable rents.
The project was a rehabilitation of an existing, vacant apartment complex located at 1149 Meadow Lane and 1890 Robin Lane in Concord. The location is convenient to shops, groceries, and services along Monument Boulevard. The site is also served by several County Connection bus lines, including direct service to the Concord BART station. SAHA renovated the existing building to make necessary health and safety repairs, equipment and materials upgrades, and to improve curb appeal. The rehab scope included window and roof replacement, improvements to interior finishes and fixtures, and upgrades to the electrical panel. Exterior handrails, stairs, landscaping, fencing, and paving were upgraded to improve safety and the overall look of the property.
