Eligibility
- Head of household must be at least 18 years or older, or legally emancipated at the time of application.
The waiting list for studio, 1-bedrooms, and 2-bedroom units at Arya opens on February 11, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on February 25, 2026.
Paper applications must be received at 500 Almaden Blvd, San Jose, CA 95110 at the following times:
- Tuesdays – February 17th, 24th; 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Wednesdays – February 11th, 18th, 25th; 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Thursdays – February 12th, 19th; 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. All applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. If additional applications are needed, we reserve the right to process the next applications in lottery order.
