The waiting list for 1-bedroom units at Valley View Senior Homes opens on June 25, 2025 at 9:00 AM. The closing deadline has been extended to January 14, 2026 at 5:00 PM. Applications must be submitted by mail. Paper applications will be available to print online. Applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on January 14, 2026*.

At least one member of the Household must be a Veteran (all discharge status). Head of household must be age 55 or older at the time of application. If there are any additional members, they must be age 45 or older or meet an exception. Please see the flyer for exceptions.

Paper applications are available for pick up at 1 Natalie Lane, American Canyon, CA 94503 during the following times:

Tuesdays and Thursdays
During the Waiting List Opening
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

*Paper applications will be available online to print. Paper applications must be postmarked by January 14, 2026 and received at the address listed on the application by 5:00 PM on January 21, 2026. Please call (707) 980-7679 for assistance.

All applications received will be added to the waiting list on a first come, first served basis. Applications received by mail or dropped off will be timestamped when received.
