The closing deadline has been extended to January 14, 2026 at 5:00 PM. Applications must be submitted by mail. At least one member of the Household must be a Veteran (all discharge status). Head of household must be age 55 or older at the time of application. If there are any additional members, they must be age 45 or older or meet an exception. Please see the flyer for exceptions.

Paper applications are available for pick up at 1 Natalie Lane, American Canyon, CA 94503 during the following times:
