Satellite Affordable Housing Associates (SAHA) and Beacon Communities break ground on 50 high quality, green apartments for low-income seniors in Modesto. 

With the help from Contra Costa County, Satellite Affordable Housing Associates (SAHA) was able to turn a vacant and foreclosed building in Concord in to affordable apartments for low-income families, and individual with special needs.

Parents, residents, advocates, partners and supporters celebrated the grand opening of Jack Capon Villa, a landmark project for Alameda’s engaged and growing community of people with developmental disabilities.

SAHA has chosen Tom Earley as its first Chief Operating Officer. 

Today SAHA and the City of Oakland celebrate the successful completion of The Savoy.

Today, Satellite Affordable Housing Associates (SAHA) and Mayor Ken Brown will cut the ribbon on the City of Sonoma’s newest exemplar of green building, and the culmination of a city strategy to increase the supply of housing for low income workers.
