Hillegass Avenue Apartments

Eligibility

• Head of household must be at least 18 years or older, or legally emancipated at the time of application.

The waiting list for studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom units at Hillegass Avenue Apartments opens on January 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on February 4, 2026.

Paper applications available for pick up at 2500 Hillegass Avenue, Berkeley, CA 94702 at the following times:

• Thursday, January 22, 2026 9:00am-12:pm and 2:00pm-4:30pm
• Tuesday, January 27, 2026 9:00am-12:pm and 2:00pm-4:30pm
• Tuesday February 3, 2026 9:00am-12:pm and 2:00pm-4:30pm

Paper applications must be received at the address listed on the application by February 4, 2026. Please call the number above for assistance.

A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. All applicants will be placed on the waiting list for consideration.
